Booking & Cruise
Availability: The
tickets and spaces of all cruises are sold subject to availability. Cruises are
sold on a first-come-first-serve basis, with places being confirmed only
by the placing of a deposit. Groups booking for 6 or more passengers will receive
their own vessels, so are not subject to the same availability tables. Each
cruise is designed to match a particular group of people according to shared interests
and ages. This is done to ensure the full enjoyment and general compatibility
of all passengers on board. Providing false information about your age or gender
in order to gain passage on a trip not designed to suit you, could lead to you
being refused access to board the vessels. Once you have completed and submitted
your booking form, you will be emailed further
information on the trip you have selected. You will also be given details of how
to confirm your booking and reserve you place on the cruise. As we cannot hold
places open, we strongly suggest that you confirm your booking as soon as you
can to avoid your preferred place being sold to another cruise enquiry. We
may offer "last minute" bookings should space arise on any previously
fully booked holiday. Unless
we are booking your travel to and from Athens for you, we recommend that non-refundable
or non-transferable tickets are bought no more than 21-days prior to departure.
Athens is a very popular flight destination with flights leaving every few hours
from major airports across Europe.
Arrivals
& Departures: ARRIVALS:
All cruises leave port at around 6pm local time on the day indicated as the "Sail
Date". Passengers are asked to ensure they arrive in good time for transfer
from the airport to the harbour, (Around 45 minutes). Should you be unable to
arrive in Athens between 06h00 and 17h00 on the Sail Date, then you will need
to arrive the day before. As an early arrival, you will be given the opportunity
to board the yacht early (if appropriate) or be offered other suitable accommodation
nearby.
DEPARTURES: All cruises will arrive back in port at around 10h00
on the date of your departure. Please try to ensure your return flights are scheduled
for after 13h00 on the departure date. If this is not possible, then you may wish
to book a flight that departs the following day. Again, accommodation can be arranged
should you need to stay an extra night. (Or see below).
SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS:
If you need to depart early, unexpectedly or arrive late and need to join a cruise
already underway, then special arrangements can be made. These will be at your
own expense, but the Captain can arrange for you to return to Athens via one of
the many high speed island transport links as used by the locals. This can occasionally
be done by land, but on the remote islands, ferries and high speed "Dolphin"
hydrofoils are used. These run at regular intervals from most of the islands.
EXTENDED
HOLIDAYS: You may of course wish to extend your holiday and enjoy a second
(or even a third) week in Greece. There are many local B&B type accommodations
and hotels for you to choose from. This includes staying on the islands (which
is a big favourite) if you prefer that to the Greek Capital of Athens. As you
are responsible for booking your own transport to and from Athens, you may extend
your holiday either side of your cruise, or add a few days to each end if you
prefer.
Over
18's Only - Sex is unavoidable!: All
cruises offered on this site are strictly for Swingers over the age of 18 years.
It therefore stands to reason that if you're offended by scenes and acts of a
sexual nature, these holidays are NOT for you! That having been said, our policy
of "Anything can - but Nothing must" is strongly enforced. Behaviour
of all adults towards each other must be one of mutual respect. "No"
still means "No", and any sexual activity may ONLY be conducted between
consenting adults. Although it has never yet happened, should any party
or person be deemed by the Captain to be conducting themselves in an unruly manner,
or found to be harassing or causing distress to the other guests, then the Captain
may exercise his authority in removing such a person from the vessel and returning
them to the mainland. These holidays are strictly for like-minded adult Swingers
looking for sexy fun. If you're not into sexual adventure, please do not try to
book passage just because it makes for a cheap yacht charter holiday, as these
cruises are intended to offer high-adventure, nudity and frivolous sexual
interaction!
Refunds
and Cancellations: Changes
or Cancellations by you: All cruises must be booked and paid for in advance.
Should you have any cause to cancel your trip, you must do so in writing. The
following charges will apply from the date your notice is received by our offices.
For cancellations giving at least 60 days notice, there will be NO cancellation
charge, (other than 15% of
your deposit if booked online). Should you be unable to offer sufficient notice,
then your full deposit as well as a percentage of the cost of the holiday may
be at risk if we are unable to resell your place. In order to cover our
losses for transport, accommodation and other services which we pay for in advance,
should you be unable to offer at least 14 days notice prior to cancellation, and
we cannot resell your place, then the full amount of the cruise will be due. For
notice of 15-21 days, 80% of the cost of the holiday will be due. For notice of
22-42 days, 50% of the cost of the holiday will be due. For notice of 43-59 days,
25% of the holiday total will be due. We will always do our best to resell your
place, and where this has been possible, the sum of the new sale will be deducted
from any claim we may make against your booking - less an administration and resale
charge of £45 per person. You may enquire with your local insurance
company as to additional travel cover that will offer you a refund on your booking
should you have to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. If
you wish to change the name on the booking, this can be done at any time for a
charge of £25 per name, provided the transfer is made to a person fitting
the criteria of the cruise, i.e. age, status, etc. It may not be possible to
apply name changes to flights that have been booked through our offices. Cancellations
or Changes by us: Should a cruise need to be cancelled by the organisers,
a full refund or an alternative sailing date will be offered. In the unlikely
event of storms at sea when you arrive, the Captain may, for safety reasons, choose
to offer a suitable
landbased holiday
as an alternative. You
will then receive a refund or voucher entitling you to sail on another cruise
date less the difference in cost of land based accommodation. We are unable
to accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control, such as war, terrorist
activity, civil unrest, industrial disputes or bad weather (actual or threatened). On
rare occasions, we may need to cancel or transfer your sail dates if insufficient
bookings are received to make such a trip worth while. We will give you as much
notice as possible should this ever happen. In these circumstances we will offer
you a full refund, or a superior or equivalent holiday at no extra cost. We will
also consider an appropriate refund of any insurance premiums you may have paid
if you can show that the policy cannot be transferred or reused. We WILL NOT
cancel any holiday or cruise within 21-day of the sail date, except if forced
to do so due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We may also cancel your holiday should you fail to make full payment on time.
Passports
& Visas: A
valid passport is essential when you travel abroad. Greece is a member of the
EEC and all cruises will remain in the waters of the Peloponnese around the Greek
coast. If you hold a UK or an EEC passport, visas for Greece are not required.
Please check that your passport is valid before you travel. If you require a passport,
the Post Office can obtain one for you, usually within 14-days. For travellers
from outside of the UK, please check with your embassy. Should you need to check
your visa requirements with the Greek Consulate, you can contact them on 0207-2216467

life preservers, jackets, lifeboats and all safety equipment as required by law.

experience. All are fully registered EEC charters and insured to carry passengers. In
the unlikely event of an emergency, please follow your Captains instructions.
If you are unable to swim, have any disability or any allergies, please make this
known to the Captain prior to setting sail. We strongly recommend that all
travellers secure their own personal travel insurance before setting off. We
also request that all passengers bring and wear suitable foot cover (deck shoes
or trainers). This is a yacht, and as such will have metal objects on deck that
you don't want to go banging your toes on!

Although swimming is permitted, the Greek coast has many restriction on salvage
and diving with scuba equipment. Please ask the Captain or seek independent advice
before removing any items from the seas. The price of your holiday also includes
all Charter papers, local taxes and harbour dues.
